Tales are stories that make our lives magical. They are always remembered by emotions, and not by the mind, because their reader feels, rather than ponders. That is why the Literaguru team created a short retelling of the Tales of Toad and Rose, so that small readers can answer perfectly in the lesson.
(239 words) Once, on a warm May day, a beautiful rose blossoms in an abandoned flower garden. However, no one can appreciate her beauty, because no one enters this part of the garden. The only person who visited the flower garden - a boy no older than 7 years old - can no longer spend time there because he is sick. Reading and observing the life boiling in the flower garden, practically taming a wild hedgehog - all this is now inaccessible to little Vasya, who is forced to spend wonderful spring days in bed while his older sister Masha is caring for him.
Meanwhile, a rose whose life is very short - no more than three days - spends it in fear. The reason for this is an ugly toad, in which the aroma exuded by a rose evokes mixed feelings. When the toad first sees the flower, she decides that the best way to express her admiration is to eat a rose. She is trying to get to her, but this is not so easy - the body of this creature is not adapted for climbing on a pink bush dotted with thorns. Wounded and from this even more evil toad decides to postpone his business.
The next day, she nevertheless climbed onto a rose bush, and an unsuspecting rose practically became a victim of toad gluttony. Fortunately, at the last moment, the flower was in the hands of Vasya's older sister, who went into the garden at the request of her already dying brother. With tears in her eyes, Masha put a beautiful fragrant into Vasya’s hands, he inhaled his aroma and closed his eyes forever. The rose was then dried and preserved as a memory of the little boy Vasya, who lived such a short life.
